I went into this pretzel place yesterday to get me some lunch because I work at one of the other stores a few spots down I was so excited that they was so close to where I work because I love there food I went in to order my pretzels and I ordered a small was told they didn't have any smalls made right now that I would have to order a large even though there menu states they have small orders so I got a large didn't get offered cheese for my pretzels so I had to do a separate transaction to get cheese then I ordered a frozen vanilla coffee and wanted a small was told I couldn't do a small in that drink but it clearly shows on the menu you can order a small so I ordered a large this was all in my first transaction I was extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location and t

I came and got the 2 of the pepperoni pretzels, and 2 of the center of the roll cinnamon roll, it was fresh and tasted great! Clean and nice employees! Definitely will stop in again.

I went here to get pretzels and cheese. I have had these pretzels numerous times before at other locations. I asked the young African American girl if the pretzels were fresh, and she replied that they had just come out of the oven. I ordered the pretzels and cheese and left. When I got to my hotel across the street (it took 2 minutes) I tried a pretzel. It was stale tasting as if it had been cooked and rewarmed. It was dry and the cheese was cold! They didn't even heat it! Don't go to this store, the staff will say anything to get you to buy their horrible tasting food. Sad that this girl has no work ethic and couldn't just have told me the truth.

Only gave a 1 star to leave this review. My family and I love auntie Anne’s pretzels and unfortunately this is the closest auntie Anne’s to us. Every visit is met with long wait times easily exceeding 20 minutes, sometimes as long as 40 minutes. Due to the location (Tanger Outlet) I’ve not complained. But todays visit I decided to place an online order. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 342. I did not arrive until 350. They hadn’t even started my order. They started to fill half of my order with a very burnt/black pretzel even after I told them up front I did not want that one. 90% of the pretzels in their display was very badly burnt. Even placing an online order, I had to wait over 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to had been completed prior to my arrival. Not to ment

We went and they were overwhelmed with a lot of customers combined with training new employees. We waited for about 10 minutes for some pretzel bites. They handled the few customers that were impatient well. We were glad to get super fresh pretzels. The store is open and was easy to see that it was clean
