Over an hour before the store is to close they were saying they were out of cinnamon sugar pretzels and only have one salt pretzel in the warming case. Very disappointed in the service. An hour is more than enough time to make new pretzels if you have customers coming in on National Pretzel day!

Edit 1st May 2021- won’t accept “online” coupons, I mentioned the app on phone doesn’t have to be online but won’t accept. Is it legal for the franchisee to use the name of the franchise if they don’t accept their coupons? Idk. Two standard pretzels were good. Pre-pandemic had $1 pretzels weekday between 2-3pm or something-I used to schedule my stop around that if I could. Unsure if still available or what seating area looks like. Directly inside the right entrance door, not in the center. This is a shared space food area so the employees and cafe space is shared with another food chain.

Asked for a Cinnamon sugar and a garlic pretzel. The response was "Can't you just get a plain one or the pretzel bites? I'd have to make those ones." Unbelievable. Should have left right then so I didn't end up with these incredibly stale pretzels that were made with laziness and hate.

Walked here to try to buy a pretzel but they were packing up the last ones for the night, 20 mins before they were set to close and wouldnt sell any. So the leftover pretzels apparently weren't for sale but were good for either the trash or for the employees to take. Subway, who they share registers with was still available, so obviously they hadn't closed out for the night either.

My friend dropped her order she just bought and they didn’t charge for it, so it was really nice of them to do that. The pretzel dog was also good tasting.
