Auntie Anne's

Good when they have what you want and are willing to make it for you, but never have the mini pretzel dogs and today none of the 3 locations were willing to make any. One said it was a 10-15 minute wait, I said I’d wait. She kept telling other customers the same knowing none would be made. They didn’t even start making any in the 25 minutes I waited. Went to another, I asked how long it would be and they said “we are only making them by order so about 20 minutes, but I would suggest looking at the other locations” which I had already done and none had any. Very disappointed at the staff this visit. Lack of effort and care.

Drove an hour each way for a less than 30 minute birthday party. We got there about 10 or 15 minutes early, and let the staff know that we would be waiting over by the tables since they still had to set up and we were still waiting on kids. We saw a foldout table already set up in the mall, I figured they needed to put a tablecloth on it which was fine. By 12:15, 15 minutes after our party was scheduled to start, I noticed one staff member outside of the store front still chatting up for coworkers and a bowl of dough on the table. I didn't realize the bowl of dough on the table was what they meant by setup, and I was getting annoyed since no one has approached me and we are late starting the party, so I finally said loudly "Are you ready for the party?". Bree was very nice and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. The service was fast and 100% would recommend the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites.

Very disappointed. My teenage son went to order pretzels and drinks and was met with rude, short, and ignorant behavior from the two women working. No friendliness or basic respect at all. Customer service needs improvement. To be clear, this is the downstairs location.
