I also work in the same mall and I used to buy bagels from there every day, but I won't buy them again, they are very rude to me every time I go. And they seem to be forced to work there I hope the manager or boss or officials of that place will see this situation and warn their employees. I used to go there every day. I will not go there again. The employees there must be respectful. I am an employee and I understand this situation very well, but it should not be like this. I will not go there again. If you have self-respect.

I absolutely love pretzels but recently my experience at the Auntie Anne’s in Towson Town Center has not been a favorable one. When they launched the rewards program I was super excited until I realized this specific location often refused to scan the app to give me points or would wait until the end of the transaction (after I’ve paid and been given a receipt) to scan my phone and I wouldn’t receive points. During my visit earlier this week I wouldn’t leave until they could show points were collected. the young lady working seemed very annoyed with me and refused to help.

these people moves so slow. Even when the food is already done and I can see when I walk in, I’m still waiting also ten minutes to be handed my order. It’s so aggravating watching this lady slowly put a cup of pretzels in a bag.

This location is nothing like the other locations I've been too. I ordered an original pretzel and it was not fresh at all. It was hard and barely edible. The lady at the stand seemed like she did not want to be bothered. First and last time buying anything else from this location

I need a refund, the pretzel was horrible but on top of that a women named Michelle c via receipt had the worst and by far the most disgusting customer service I’ve seen. She was on her phone during the whole transaction, and when I told her that wasn’t very professional she said she didn’t care. Overall her attitude was alarming to say the least… 1 star isn’t even deserved
