Didn’t fill to the top first time they were very doughy and not all the way cooked I do not recommend coming here !!!

There was hair cooked inside of my pretzel. They accuse Id of being from the flour. Very rude customer service. Did not apologize about hair even being in the food. I am definitely reporting this to the health department.

This is no longer Auntie Anne's Pretzels. This is now Ben's Soft Pretzels. The first time I ever experienced Ben's Soft Pretzels was in Shipshewana, Indiana. The quality and size of the pretzels are above and beyond Auntie Anne's pretzels. Let's just say that you get what you pay for. Instead of paying a lot of money for nothing you actually get substance. The Pretzels are huge! Not only that, but the people at Ben's soft pretzel are very kind, especially in the Oakland Mall. It is family owned and operated and they are wonderful people. I highly recommend trying their pretzels. But you don't have to take my word for it. Come experience it for yourself.

Auntie Anne's lemonade is delicious and refreshing however the attitudes of the people working at the Oakland mall location were not. Their attitudes were being directly influenced by the owner. He had a terrible attitude and it rubbed off on everyone around him and it was clear to see. I understand about the pandemic working situation however, if I'm spending my money, the last thing I want is someone giving me terrible service at full price. Over icing the cup then not filling it all the way. Then catching an attitude because I said something. If I'm posting on attitude alone it would be 1 star easily but taking everything into account and being fair to the product it is 3 starts overall. Pricing also helps pull the rating down a bit.

Use to love going here with my daughter but the owner refused me service for not submitting to tyranny and wearing a mask. (The lady behind the counter was taking my order when the owner rudely interrupted us). We will never come here again!! GOD bless US ALL!!
