Auntie Anne's - University Place Mall - Orem

Pretzels are good, but the cheese dip is absolutely disgusting. It was cold, and tasted weird. I’ve had pretzel bites at other places not focused on pretzels, and the cheese dip is much better. Very disappointing. Probably my last straw living in this wretched, disgusting, horrific world.

Very great pretzels. The salted one is great with a cheese dipping sauce and if you’re in the mood for something sweet the cinnamon sugar one is so good. They are so soft and served warm. The service has always been quick. The only reason I’m doing 4 stars and it 5 is, I had a free pretzel during my birthday month and it hadn’t expired yet. Sonia was the employee that helped me and my code wasn’t scanning and she didn’t honor it even though it was still good. It was probably a problem on their end and she was rude and didn’t care.

Just went in to try them after a movie date tonight... Unfortunately, this was a horrible idea... the cheese dip is absolutely disgusting and the pretzels were very cold and stale. They tasted like they had been out for hours. I wound up having to throw them out, and trust me when I say I will eat almost anything. What a waste. Feeling pretty ill after trying Auntie Anne's.

Customer service at this location sucks big time!! I didn't want to leave a bad review before, but it’s not fair, I come here around once a week, today I had a reward for a regular pretzel, a pretzel dog or a couple more options. Sonia did not want to give me the pretzel dog I wanted, she said she can only do a regular one. This is not the first time she is not nice, and I actually waited until she realizes she works with customers and needs to improve her service, but apparently she does not want to provide good service. Evidence attached.

we tried this place for the first time and it was a little rough. I ordered regular salted pretzel bites and they gave me cinnamon ones instead. When I got the ones I ordered they told me I didn’t pay for the cheese so I had to pay for another one of those. Lastly, the cheese was very gross. Looked expired.
