The same pretzel that I pay 6 dollars for the employee's are giving for free to their mall friends. I saw it with my own eyes. Multiple occasions.

One of the worst buy for my moneys worth, food was undercooked a d worst costumer service. We Ordered online for pickup. We went 30 minutes after ordering and still the pretzels weren't ready we were told if we still wanted what we had ordered we would have to wait additional 10 minutes. Which we didn't mind but once we received the food the garlic Parmesan was just dumped on the pretzel and the jalapeño pretzel was soggy. Truly disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about the Auntie Anne’s at Green Acres Mall! Every time I go, they are FULLY stocked with all the pretzels, dips, and drinks you could want. No disappointments here! The staff is super friendly, efficient, and they actually know how to run the place—unlike other locations I’ve been to. My order is always fresh, hot, and ready on time. Whether I order in person or through an app, they never make me wait forever or give me the runaround. They really set the standard for how Auntie Anne’s should be! If you’re craving pretzels, don’t waste your time anywhere else—just come here. Highly recommend! Green Acres Mall Auntie Anne’s is ELITE!

I just went with my boyfriend and we ordered a few pretzels & a drink but every single time we asked for something new the girl at the register couldn’t be bothered to apply her customer service training. There was no “will that be all?” She was extremely rude, huffy and puffy and shouldn’t be working at the register if she’s gonna be rushing people out of the line especially if there aren’t people behind us.

The food was good, but it didn't have any cinnamon seasoning at the bottom of the cup! It was all at the top and none at the bottom
