The Cinnamon sugar nuggets tasted amazing but it would of been nice to have the actual pretzels instead of basically just cinnamon sugar. The bottom of the cup had 2 to 3 inches of it plus a ton more between the pretzel nuggets that were actually there.

Hello, I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my recent online order at your store. I ordered two mini pretzel dogs and a lemonade through the online system. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I was informed that the pretzel dogs were out of stock. I politely requested a refund since the items I paid for were unavailable. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not issue a refund and that I would need to choose from whatever items were left in the store. I do not believe it is fair to require customers to accept substitute items when the original order cannot be fulfilled, especially when payment has already been processed. I paid for specific items and did not receive them. I am requesting a full refund for the unavailable items and clarificatio

There was only one lady working and Im sure it was a lot to handle all on her own, but wasn't the most pleasant. When asked when the regular pretzels would be done/available her response was what we see is what's available. I was unable to get my free Tmobile Tuesday pretzel bc I didn't know how long the wait would be. Also, there were signs stating " no ice" and "ovens not working properly so wait times may be longer than usual"

Rita the manager obviously was having a bad day to argue with me about almond pretzels that was burnt and insisted that bc of the almonds, that's why my pretzel looked like that at the bottom. I've been coming to this location for years and have never seen a burnt almond pretzel. Your attitude stinks and your very rude to be a manager. You need to find a better position than suits your personality and attiude. Auntie Ann's isn't it.!! Whether you're having a bad day you don't take it out on the customer for the reason why you have a paycheck in the first place.

The freckled face girl always got an attitude for no reason. I asked another employee how long it would be for the specific one I wanted. She told me 10mins no problem then the freckles face girl who i remember from being rude many times b4 starts going off talking about why am I asking how long, we got stuff to do it's only 2 of us to the point where I said I don't need the pretzel that bad and left and 2 other parties did the same saying why is she acting like that. Won't be back and I hope anyone who has respect for themselves wouldn't lower there standards for a pretzel
