Fresh soft pretzels, but service was slow and not very friendly. The sugar cinnamon pretzel was really good. It was soft, flavour, smelled amazing, and made fresh infront of you. The service wasn't the best. 3 employees and only 1 person ahead of us but it took 10 min to get our order in. The product is good, they just need a little more speed, and a smile goes a long way.

Not a bad spot for a quick snack when shopping. The pretzel bites I find are easier to eat. They were pretty good. The lemonade was very sweet so if you like sugary drinks, you may like it. Service was quick and the staff were friendly enough.

Pretzels I got were good. But the woman cashing me out had the biggest attitude. I told her what I wanted and she just kept on asking "so do you want anything else" and was not letting me finish my order. I will not be going back to this store if the associates are gonna just have attitudes. Might be a good idea to find some more positive workers. 👍 I came in at 7:35pm on July 19th. The associate was not wearing a name tag but you should be able to look at you’re schedules to see who it’s was.

The food is good but management and most employees are not the people I would want working for me. They act like little kids and it's like middle school with special treatment for some while others get fired due to things that aren't even verified for complaints. There should never be less than two employees on duty at any business time. The owner should look into doing a complete house cleaning to make sure he can get the best employees to improve his bottom dollar.

We've gone here a handful of times, very delicious pretzels, only complaint is sometimes they have a little too much salt. My favorite is the classic or cinnamon sug bites.
