Last 4 times I have been here at Noon BTW to be told it's a 20 minute wait to get mini pretzel dogs with only 2 people waiting? Worst food management I've ever seen. You get 1 star because the pretzels are good. And staff is rude!

Great place to eat a snack in the mall. But I have been there a couple times where they were out of pretzels.... How can a pretzel place be out of pretzels? This small venue has great snacks and friendly staff, but they need to be more responsible with making sure they are stocked before starting the day. They are not the only ones there are a few places in Yuba City and Marysville that have this problem with professionalism. For this sole reason I would not recommend this place unless you are already at the Yuba City Mall.

You would even get two stars but the pretzels was good. There are 4 people behind the counter and only one person taking orders and making drinks that I’m pretty sure is high af and moving super slow. There is a line down to bath and body but they can’t figure it out.

The worker named Devin is super rude every time. When i got to the counter he ignored me and kept talking to another worker, I have to get Pretzels with no butter due to my allergies and today I asked him if I could order and he told me he'd have to ask even though he's placed the order for me in the past. Aside from his rude attitude he got my order wrong.

Very possible it'll be the slowest service you will ever receive in your life. Lacking any type of management or leadership. But decent food and the staff means well.
