Burnt hard pretzels and no menu inside with a dirty sticky floor!

The service is horrible and they have rodents. I was over charged for a cinnabon only to he denied a refund when I found a dead rodent inside. The ice cream machine is always down.

Stale cold pretzels & burnt cinnabuns the mango lemonade slushy was a little watery but it taste ok. The worker was nice. The food just wasn't worth the bag they put it in !!

I ordered a cinnabon and Pretzel from Uber eats this evening around 4/5pm. I heated them up for 30 seconds in the microwave since the Uber driver had a few stops along the way and took 1 hour for delivery. They were so fresh and delicious. The cinnabon was huge and smothered in pecans and sauce. It was also packed with care. Thank you to whoever is working there today. You're awesome!

Walked right into the store and they looked at us and stayed in the back talking. Someone came in to pick up an order, they walked right up to that person saying oh your order is not ready then proceeded to walk back to the back of the store again like we were not there. I said "hello" the female looked at me face angry, then the gentleman said, can i help you. Terrible customer service never ordered and never will. Hire new staff.
