Great décor and bakery, but the mains need improvement. Loved the classy décor and vibe of the restaurant. Their bakery items were excellent — especially the nankatai and ragi biscuits. Sadly, the popular tres leches was sold out. Starters were very good the Paneer patpata and crispy corn. The Kochi lunch combo was a disappointment. The rasam lacked flavor, and the shrimp and fish curry didn’t reflect authentic Kerala tastes. The Bikaner thali wasn’t great either — only the butter naan and raita stood out, while the paneer didn’t feel true to a Bikaner-style dish. The Makhana curry came in a tomato base instead of the promised kaju gravy, and while the eggplant curry was good, the flavors faded with the medium/high spice level. A modern, eclectic Indian restaurant serving up North and South Indian favorites along with some unique specialties. This is a fresh restaurant with a bright, glitzy interior paired with a bar and a pastry shop. A comfortable, celebratory vibe where you can relax while being served by friendly staff assisted by robots that bring the dishes out to the tables. A fun experience for the kids as well. They have a decent spread of interesting cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, mocktails, and juices. We got their Mango Martini and a Taj Mahal. A decent martini but can't wait to try some of their other cocktails next time. For the appetizers we ordered Drums of Heaven and Chicken Lollipop. Both tasted great. Good Indian food. Can be hot and spicy if you dont tell them. Some food items will be spicy, no choice but overall it is good. Usually trendy, good crowd, families or otherwise. Choice of food items is nice, different flavors. Veg and Non Veg both are good, drinks are nice. A good combination of liquors. Overall a go go!!

This was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We came for my husband’s birthday and the service was great- we do a green tea shot on birthdays and they didn’t have all the ingredients but were very accommodating. The food was absolutely incredible and the space is visually stunning. It felt very luxurious, so I was surprised at how affordable every dish was! We will make a special trip to come back because it was a wonderful experience.

Update Jan 2026- consistent with the quality of the food and drinks. The drinks were even better in the happy hour! ----------------- Very impressed with Aura. Went for happy hour today and it's awesome!!! Would love to come back for dinner soon. Everything tastes amazing and very authentic flavors. Loved meeting Naveen and glad we visited. The best in Ashburn!!!
