I'd gladly give these folks at AuthorHouse ten or twenty stars if I could. Leigh Allen, my project coordinator has been wonderful throughout the entire process. We've had a few bumps along the way, but she very skillfully smoothed them out for me, explaining why some things have to be done a certain way. I can't say enough good about Leigh. She's very professional yet warm and friendly and gives the author her undivided attention. So far, I've had six books published by this great publishing house and I'm extremely happy with their service, their expertise and their patience. Great job AuthorHouse teams! I have had the most positive experience working with AuthorHouse. I am a first time author of a childrens book, I needed a lot of help understanding the publishing process. Everything was explained at each stage. I was asked if I had understood everything and any questions I had were explained.There are different people with different skills. All emails were replied to in a timely manner and phone calls too. Also I was given confidence . Which I did lack. I was never rushed and being a more mature writer not very techy. There was always another option for me, a much easier way. For example , I couldn't always download forms, so I would write them and that was acceptable. This really helped me .
