Avalon Free Public Library

This is the finest public library I’ve ever visited. The librarians and staff are outstanding. They are always helpful, kind, and genuinely dedicated to their community. I love borrowing their books and CDs, and the quiet, welcoming environment has been a perfect place for my proctored exams. A truly exceptional library. My only wish is that the hours could be expanded; in my view, public libraries are important enough to be open around the clock.

How do I even explain this little gem of a library! From classes to arts and crafts and TONS of things for the kids to borrow including video game systems, projectors, metal detectors, LEGO kits, kids iPads the list goes on. This place is a great asset to the community!

Fast and free WiFi, video games, movies, and books to check out. Also the Google Maps car in the parking lot.

What a great facility and wonderful people working there! Such of terrific facility and institution for the city. Keep up the good work!

Those of us who live in Avalon are soooo lucky to have our 5 Star Library. They have long hours which enables everyone who works to get there. Their books, movies, programs are all top notch. They are unique in taking care of the owners and even those who vacation during the summer. Everyone there in not only super friendly but go out of their way to help you. If you have not been to Avalon's library, you should put it on your list when you are in town to go see!
