Recently tried their Caprese Salad. It was a PERFECT balance between cheese and tomato with a delicate but bold drizzle of balsamic glaze. It was better than any Italian restaurant I’ve tried! Pair it with a good beer…I could be there all day!

came in to get out of the rainy weather, left feeling like a regular from the background of Cheers!! Staff was not only on top of service and attending to what my group needed, but was so friendly and kind. The cheese pull on our pizza was like something out of A Goofy Movie to boot!! Couldn’t have scripted a better experience, and we’ll definitely be back

Super disappointed with our experience last night. We were there from ~5-6:15pm on a Saturday evening and the place was dead. We were 1 of 3 tables. That should’ve been our first sign. We ordered the Bavarian pretzel appetizer which came quickly and was good, but we waited a long time for our 13” pizza. They were also “out of steak” for the original pizza we wanted to order. When our pizza finally arrived, it was super undercooked, barely cut, and also looked like it was a half/half of 2 different pizzas although it was just supposed to be a 13” Aviator (the Works). I had an awesome time here! The live music brought such a great energy to the place, and the wings were spot‑on—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The beer selection is strong too, with plenty of great options on tap. Perfect spot to relax, listen to good music, and enjoy solid food and drinks.

Had a great experience at Aviator Brewery thanks to Jordan’s outstanding service. From the moment he helped our table, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made excellent recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it without ever making us feel rushed. Jordan’s positive attitude and professionalism really elevated the whole visit — you can tell he truly cares about customers having a great experience. Service like his is the reason we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Jordan if you visit!
