Food was good and came out fast. We ended up paying nearly $50 for two adult meals and one kids meal.

wanted to order chicken sliders but apparently they are no longer on the menu per the worker so I order the crispy chicken salad. was not good.

A little pricey burger was good but onion rings dont taste like they used to growing up.

I usually let small things go, but my experience at this A&W was so off-putting I felt it needed to be shared. I was the only person in the drive-thru—not a rush, not a line, just me trying to give this place a chance. I asked a couple of basic questions about the menu, like the difference between two burgers, and was met with silence at first. When I repeated myself, the response was weird and came with clear attitude, like I was a nuisance just for asking. When I tried to customize the burger—again, nothing wild—her tone got even worse. Dismissive, annoyed, and just unnecessarily rude. I decided to cancel my order and leave, because at that point I didn’t feel comfortable trusting someone with that kind of energy to handle my food.
