A&W Restaurant

Food is amazing most generally always fresh. Never had an issue with the food. Hands down they got the best fish in town. They do got other choices burgers and chicken. I can never turn down the coleslaw at this place. However they do got the newer Fry's.. it's called a&w but.. I'm pretty sure this is long johns always has been.. so I usually stick with the Long John's menu. The staff seems to be a hit and miss if they're too busy to help more with your order, once in awhile they seem to have an employee that comes off rude.. it's not too bad so I just overlooked it. The rest of the staff seems to be pretty good. Dining room usually good and clean and the appearance of the back area seems to be decently well kept.. however when they do get busy it may look a little rough but they deal wit

Normally we get great good with great service, however this last time I came in the drive thru I spent more than $60. My food tho... Not so good, food wasn't made correctly at all and the condiments on them were sloppy, our buns were soaked in I don't know what. Only good that came from my purchase was the cheese curds. If I'm paying $60 plus for food I'd like for it to be made correctly and at least come out better than McDonald's.

Customer service was very rude

As an honorary member of the A&W MugClub, I went in to redeem my free root beer float just to be told "corporate doesn't allow it." Why have a rewards system if you're not going to honor it?

While I love LJS, they can be a bit slow at times. You get what you wait for though and the food is good - ownership and (to a lesser degree) management is fabulous and will go out of their way to make everything right.
