A&W Restaurant

I went to A&W in Princeton tonight at 7:28pm. Their website says they are open until 9pm on Saturdays. I was refused service because they had already cleaned. They do not have their hours posted anywhere. When I asked the young man about their hrs, he practically yelled at me. Customer service at this location is very poor and I'll not go back. I'll go to Kwik Trip and get an ice cream cone there.

Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was great. If you're traveling through the area, you can't go wrong stopping here for a bite to eat.

I got a large root beer float and the cup was completely filled with ice cream all the way to the top had a cover so no root beer was spilled. That's the best float I've ever had. The staff was super friendly staff. I'll be coming back for another awesome root beer float. If you do get a large; make sure you're hungry so you can finish it.

Came here around 8:30, guy at the counter didn’t make eye contact or offer to help take our order. Also talked as quiet as he possibly could. Couldn’t hear a word he could. Very bad customer service. Every employee I saw was just standing around doing nothing. I saw lots of messes that they could’ve been cleaning up and keeping the atmosphere clean and healthy. Do not recommend at all.

I visited recently in the morning and overheard senior employee making a violent comment about customers, and the other employees laughed about it. It made the environment feel unsafe and unprofessional.
