A&W Restaurant

Came by during lunch for a quiet visit. Not crowded at all. Nice to have the option to order from both KFC and A&W we did both! Food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The root beer float was a classic touch. Overall, a solid experience.

Our drive-thru hostess was very kind. We enjoyed the root beer float, corn dog nuggets, onion rings and fries!

Marlene gave me excellent customer service. 10/10 stars. Plus if you want the best pot pie I can find, ask for a fresh one and you won't be disappointed!

First of all, I never write reviews and I hate to do so but unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I don’t normally come here and when I did, it was awful first of all when I grabbed the food and the plate and sat down there was a little baby spider crawling on the plate my daughter got scared and i got rid of the spider, and then i ignored it, as i was eating i ate a piece of hair and took it out of my mouth! there was a piece of hair in my chicken burger! And i had to spit it out and throw it in the trash, but before I threw it, I told the lady in the front about it and she went to tell another working lady, and they both ignored the situation, and when I told the ladie again for the second time at the counter, they didn’t believe me and they dug the garbage was looking for the hair that

I used the drive thru, and it appeared that every single person in the drive thru had to drive to the front wait for their food. What makes it worse is the fact that the food wasn't even hot. It was barely warm. If you're going to tell people to go around to the front, it's usually because they need to cook a new batch or something, or you ordered an item special and needs more time to prep. Definitely won't go there again unless I hear of actual changes being made for the better
