A&W Restaurant

'The older gentleman at the register was a bit rude and thinks everyone understands his particular job. It was out first time here and wasn't real sure if a lot of things. And when we asked questions he was rude and answered in a way like we should know the answer. Very unhappy from that point on. We finally get our orders placed and go sit done. It was FREEZING inside the restaurant. And saying 'freezing' is not an understatement. My party (5 people) all had very visible goosebumps. I watched people going to their cars for sweaters and cardigans, and still sat there hugging themselves to get warm. We made 2 orders for food, neither was was correct. Certain family members had to drink water, because of the lack of non-coke products and other choices of no sugar drinks. More than 1 family m

Kori at the drive thru kicks ass. She was very nice while taking our order. Great service.

Went to try a cheeseburger, fries, and Root beer. It's more of a long john silver. Food was ok, not overwhelming. Awesome Root beer. I have to try the Root beer float.

LJS/A&W is a new location. Girl at register did not know the menu, sides, didn’t have a recommendation. She let us know it was her 3rd day. There is a stuffed animal on the counter, but no stock for sale. We asked, they had to get the manager. The store smells of Long John Silvers, not a burger place. Food was mid.

Really like the LJS part of the restaurant, but the A&W buns are always cold. Heat/grill/toast the buns, please! Service is usually good, but it can take awhile to get your food. Dining room very hot in summer. Great root beer in frosty mugs.
