Please remove the window film from your window in the drive-through. The window film is disrespectful to your customers. It allows less interaction with your customers to see their needs if they need extra things or if they just wanna give you a smile or if they wanna make sure you’re not hawking to Logie in their food. I went today and ordered our normal order and was given everything on a drink holder, which I didn’t need. I didn’t need that extra trash in my car. I took all the items individually off the drink holder, and the girl quickly closed the window, taking my napkins with her of course because you have window film on she wasn’t able to see that I was still there and didn’t move away. I am from Illinois where DQ rules the land. B&G Milkyway may now be in the conversation with DQ as one of the better ice cream establishments. The prices are affordable and you get a lot of ice cream for the price. The staff are extremely friendly too. The ice cream options are vast and the ice cream tastes amazing. The atmosphere, particularly the outside is enjoyable as there is a patio with tables. The patio overlooks the ball fields and you can get a nice sunset from the patio! I had such a wonderful experience visiting Sioux Falls and B&G Milkyway over the summer. However, I wanted to repeat the experience with B&Gs again in the winter only to find out B&Gs closes during the winter months! This is THE Ice-cream place! Super high quality ice cream with endless flavors. I'm especially fond of their "dips" selections, I'll include a picture of their big selection of them. Prices are very good, although like most food establishments, they've had to increase prices, recently, it's still a wonderful spot with wonderful selections of ice cream with mix-ins, foot long hot dogs, homemade baked beans and potato salad, burgers, chicken fingers and "fun" foods. Always highly efficient, despite their popularity and busy times. Our family really enjoys this place!

Great ice cream made my day

Yesterday we went through the drive through for a $28 order. We ordered a sloppy Joe picnic basket, cheese balls, fries, burger and another sloppy Joe. We were handed out the window a warm drink with no ice, smashed buns on the sloppy Joe and cheese balls that were one big clump. When I called to talk to supervisor, I was told he was not there So I talked to the guy in charge. His explanation for hot pop was that ice machine not working. Apparently your pop machine wasn't working either because pop should have been somewhat cold, even without ice. No explanation for smashed buns or cheese ball clump. If there was equipment not working, the customer should be told at the order speaker!! Also if you can't package picnic baskets correctly because they were out of styrofoam plate, why didn't
