Baan Thai

I absolutely love the Thai Tea. We ordered beef fried rice and Pad Thai Chicken Salad with coconut soup. Everything was delicious. Price is reasonable. Definitely a great place for lunch.

Trying this place for the first time for takeout and ordered a Sweet Ginger Duck. When I opened the container with my food, the rice, duck and veggies were there and tasted really good BUT no sauce came with it. I couldn't tell until I opened the container so it was too late to ask to fix it as I was already far away. I was disappointed for not getting to try their food entirely. Without the sauce it's not the same, unfortunately...

The green curry was very disappointing. It was extremely watery and lacking flavor. The entree also does not include rice. I eat this dish pretty often at other restaurants. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. Maybe i will give it another try but go try for yourself!

I have patronized this restaurant for over 10 years. I attempted to order from the menu prices online but was told those prices are 5 years old and that they would not honor the $4.25 price listed on their online menu, not $6.25. Rather than honor loyalty they’d rather lose a customer over a $2.00 difference or to update their menu if they know it’s not updated. There was no flexibility at all so on principle, I canceled my entire order. Guess Thai in a Box will get my business here in Conyers.

I love good Thai food and Thai to me means curries. My favorite is typically Panang and that is what I ordered here. I had been to this place about 10 years ago but it has since moved into a nicer building. Too bad the colors inside are terrible. 😂 Service was just there. I was seated quickly and my order taken right away but there wasn't much engaging personality and the guy at the checkout barely looked up from his phone the whole time. The Panang Curry was a disappointment to say the least. It's kinda watery thin and doesn't have a great texture in the mouth. It's also lacking in flavor.
