Customer Reviews
09/28/2025: Got tired of eating the same stuff in the food court and decided to try this place out. Not bad. For the chicken and lamb mix at $13, priced kinda high and with a drink...about $16. She asked if we wanted tzaiki sauce on it and we said yes. She went carried away with the sauce. Covered the whole thing with white sauce. Not impressed. When you have to cover food with sauce, you're just trying to hide up something in your own dish. When I used to work in the food industry, if you had leftover food from the day before that is safe to resell, the flavor is off and you cover it with sauce so the customer doesn't know. It didnt feel right when she did that. Probably will try it again in the future.
Love, love, love the food here. I’ve ordered their chicken over rice dish (get the crispy platter with fries, trust me!!!) at least 10 times and each time the bowl comes packed with protein. Such a good price for the amount you’re getting — and the sauces are divine!!! And my mom loves their falafel wrap — she’s picky and doesn’t like many falafel dishes in Jax because she says it’s easy to get it wrong, make the falafels too dry, etc., but she was blown away by Baba’s Halal’s falafels. I’ve also ordered the buffalo wings and wasn’t a fan — it was over-salted and not a great sauce-to-chicken ratio. Plus, it didn’t come with ranch, which I feel like should be a given with any wings. My only wish is that they weren’t located in the Avenue’s Mall Food Court. I personally find that mall dep
Absolutely WOW. I got the lamb platter and split it with my boyfriend. Enough to feed 2 people with drinks for 20$ OR LESS. Amazingly friendly staff and I can’t even begin to tell you how fresh and delicious my food was. Totally will come back. 🫶🫶 (I got the white sauce on top super nice sort of light like a tziki sauce almost)
We were not excited to eat at the mall food court. We got the lamb platter & the chicken platter. Both were excellent! The rice was delish. The red chicken was awesome. Both the cilantro sauce & the white sauce were yummy!
Not bad at all, very comparable to NYC. Prices are up there but they don’t skimp on the meat. Probably my favorite food spot inside the mall!
