Back Yard Bar-Be-Cue

Well, I am a truck driver. Had to bob tail here and arrived around 815pm. They were closed. I couldnt drive through the drive thru so they let me order at window. People were decent enough. Food is absolutely amazing! But the portion size...man, $18 for this? I was completely disappointed, especially since seeing the pictures on Google. But I do gotta say, that brisket was on a whole different level and the smell coming from the building hit that sweet spot in my nose that sent me to a different realm of existence.

We had the loaded potatoes, they looked very nice and the flavor was nice, but they were stone cold, not even luke warm. Had they been hot they would have been excellent

Ordered take out and the food was okay but was also 15 minutes late. I also ended up getting food poisoning…. The meat all looked fully cooked, but after multiple trips to the restroom, something isn’t right…

Ate dinner here on a Wednesday night at 7 pm. Restaurant was practically empty, so it was a nice quiet dinner. We order the pulled pork stuffed potato and it was piping hot, delicious! Also ordered a bowl of beef stew with cornbread and it was also delicious! The service was even better, friendly, chatted us up. The restaurant itself was very clean as well. Would recommend coming by the try!

Something happen that caused me to go here. It's an okay little bbq place. The staff is amazing here. Sweet Tea was delicious. The brisket was moist and juicy, but needed some more seasoning. It was lacking a bit. Chicken was good, little bit more seasoning, but need some more. Still good. Smoked Sausage, it's nothing special, no seasoning or anything that makes it stand out. Baked Beans were okay, not the best, nor the worst. Green Beans were green beans, nothing made them stand out. Like a said, it's an okay little bbq place. The worst disappointment was the onion rings. Those were so bland, no salt, no pepper, no nothing. Just disappointing, they looked good too. The place needs to be update a bit because the floors are sticky and the table clothes are being worn out. Something to help
