Bad Cat Coffee Westgate Road

Found this most excellent café en route to William Umstead State Park. This must be one of the most welcoming and warm cafés on the planet. Instantly felt at home and let me say...the owner is as much a cat nerd as a coffee nerd because they served up the best latte I've had in ages. Brilliant roast, and next time I pop by, it'll be espresso. Worth a substantial detour.

Everyone here is so friendly. Love the community they've established. The coffee is pretty good too! Everything is cat themed, so be ready for that... It's very clean, hospitable, friendly, a lot of unique flavors, and they are a local coffee roaster!!

Come see the these amazing ppl! They are directly across the parking lot from the car wash, on the far end of the building. (The location is a little off on Google.) They roast their beans here so you already know the lattes are great. They have some bakery items, good vibes and even fun gifts like bracelets candles and more! Also they do not charge extra for alternative milks 👌🤙 MEOW

Tracy made an amazing oat milk latte for me. She shared the origin story of Patches and bad cat coffee. They sell goods from local artists and second hand items. What an incredible find. It’s close to Fast Park & Relax, so it’s convenient for those going in and out of RDU.

This is an eclectic and cozy coffee shop. They have a delicious coffee and the staff are so energetic and sweet. I discovered it because it’s close to my pet’s vet (Avian and exotic Animal Care) and definitely I will come back every time that Lila (pet) has her appointments.
