Great Korean BBQ restaurant. Well worth the 45 min wait to get a table! They move like an engine and is def one of the best in the city for the tableside grilling experience. The meats are still delicious, fresh and tender; even with the price going up. The sides are delicious. It was a good experience from what I remember from previous times being here and I was not disappointed to bring someone here for their first time. We really enjoyed our meal and a chance to indulge. The cheesy corn 🧀 🌽 is really tasty if you like cheese corn. If you like beef and want good Korean BBQ then this is the restaurant you want to be in. For a date, a reunion, or you’re just hungry; this is the spot! They also have outdoor seating. 😋 🥩 🍖 😎
Amazing EVERYTHING! Service - waited 45 minutes for a table, efficient waiting process, you can wait outside with temperature controlled seating space. Staff was super friendly and helpful (especially if you’re a first timer!). They explained everything and how to use the side dishes to combine the flavor profiles. 10/10. Food - While this is not all you can eat, there is great value for money. You can easily opt for a 2 person meal and have 3 persons fill up comfortably. Great cuts of meat, marinated well. Shoutout to the Kimchi Soup for that flavor explosion! Environment/Ambiance - 2 floors, bigger groups are segmented into separate tables. While smaller groups are typically sharing a large table with individual grills. Can be a tad bit cramped.
More young people oriented Korean BBQ. The meat quality was decent. Fairly good selection of beef and pork. Cold noodles were over cooked. I do not suggest it. Lunch on the weekend was not too busy.
The price is definitely worth the meat quality! Got the mixed combo of pork and beef for two people and it was definitely enough food. The banchan options were varied and delicious and more than enough. I wish they provided bigger lettuce leaves and other greens for wrapping meat. You also need to order rice on the side if that’s you’re thing to enjoy meat with! The combo started with thinly sliced beef brisket followed by premium pork belly and ended with marinated short rib. The short rib was the BEST! So tender, juicy and well-marinated - enjoy it with some white rice, perfect! Come earlier before 7 pm for dinner to avoid the lines!
The food was the best thing in this place, that is what gets 4 stars, nicely cooked and a full experience for someone not having visited a Korean barbecue before. The atmosphere was really loud and full of fumes, they could need better ventilation. When leaving the owner almost bullied us into giving the tip they wanted which made a very bad impression because the waiters were very polite.
