Bagel Pub - Garment District

Finally tried Bagel 🥯 Pub and I am hooked!! This is my favorite bagel spot in my visits to NYC 🗽 The honey bacon sriracha cream cheese is a game changer the perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and spicy without being too overpowering. I got it on a toasted multigrain bagel and it was the perfect combination of crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. Highly recommend!! 10/10

I The bagels here are absolutely delicious—truly some of the best I've had. There are so many options, and everything we tried was fresh and perfectly prepared. I wish I had another stomach to keep eating! The food quality alone would easily be a 5-star rating. However, the overall experience was significantly let down by the service. When ordering a couple of coffees, the cashier made a mistake with our order. Instead of quickly fixing it, we were essentially forgotten. At least 10–15 people who ordered after us were served and walked away before our small error was corrected and our drinks were ready. Fantastic food, but be prepared for potentially slow and disorganized service.

The bagels are incredibly delicious! The price-performance ratio is also absolutely top notch for Manhattan! For $20, two people can fill up on two bagels for half the day! The salmon bagel was more like salmon with a bagel, but it was incredibly fresh and delicious. The service was always super friendly too! :)

I'm a total sucker for bagels with a thick slab of cream cheese, and Bagel Pub has officially won my heart with their extensive spread selection. This time around, their bagels felt even fluffier and fresher than I remembered. Don't be shy about asking for cream cheese samples--they're super generous with the scoops!! Shout out to Stephanie who gave me incredible recommendations :) ＊Fresh Lox #3 with Lemon Whipped CC I was recommended this uncommon combo, and it actually worked!? The lemon spread added a bright and citrusy contrast that balanced with the smoked salmon. If I tasted the lemon spread by itself, it was refreshing and zesty! ＊ABC Omelette Bagel One of their bestsellers from the many lunch options on the menu. It was not only visually appealing but also delicious and filling!

I went to bagel pub off broadway and will never EVER return again. First the employee gets my order completely wrong, and then upon going back to the store to get my correct order, I was given a VILE sandwich with burnt, disgusting bacon and to make matters worse, the employee working the register said to me verbatim “Give me the old food back now”— she proceeds to aggressively grab the bag with the old sandwich and scratched me with her yucky fingernails in the process. After reading several reviews before this, it appears to be a common theme, especially with the cashier’s disgusting behavior along with the other employees. Do yourself a favor and avoid Bagel Pub off broadway at all costs!!
