Bagel Talk

I ordered a grilled chicken panini - grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, balsamic dressing. It was almost inedible. The chicken was so dry and tough and burnt. There was no balsamic on it. The red pepper was almost a raw red pepper. Thinnest slice of cheese I’ve ever seen. The burnt char taste didn’t sit well with my stomach the rest of the day. They also forgot my side of macaroni salad. Very disappointed. Will not be back. Once before I had gotten the French vanilla muffin and that was absolutely delicious. Staff was nice.

Absolutely the BEST bagels anywhere in New Jersey. If you like true homemade, doughy and soft inside with a crusty outside, this is by far the only place to order! Most days you can walk out with bagels so fresh they are still warm. Our extra favorite is the strawberry cream cheese, made with real strawberries! They have all of the normal flavors plus their own twist on cinnamon called French toast, rainbow (doesn't really have a flavor just looks cool) and my personal favorite is the tried and true everything bagels.

pricey or they just charge ignorant of the price. I got a mini bagel with bacon and small coffee. she charged 9.75 dollars. I still can't do the math on that? service is good. atmosphere is very nice. very good place for a quiet breakfast and coffee. good place and good people. Prices should be correct when charged though

Food very tasty in my opinion but I have only gone here for breakfast food. I can’t say for the rest of the menu. Kind service, quick and easy. The atmosphere can be rearranged to make it less cluttered but self serve coffee is a plus! The fridges for drinks can be better taken care of. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and time.

First and only visit here—unfortunately, it will be my last. My son and I stopped in on a Saturday, and while I expected it to be busy, there was no line when we arrived—just one customer already waiting. I placed an order for three bagels and waited. After about 10 minutes, I asked the other customer how long he’d been waiting and was told he had already been there 20 minutes for a single bagel. While waiting, I began paying closer attention to the operation. I understand they handle both dine-in and take-out orders, but I noticed the employee taking orders was wearing the same gloves while writing orders and preparing food. More concerning, I observed his nose running and dripping. He wiped his nose and continued making bagels without changing gloves or washing his hands. This happened
