Bagelicious Cafe

I ordered through Grubhub and somehow they didn’t add bacon or cheese to BOTH my sandwiches and spent decent money on it and Grubhub sadly wouldn’t refund me and the bagel store offered a new set of sandwiches but only if we returned back their sandwiches but unfortunately at that point my husband ate his because he was hungry. And I get the bagels spot would have given us new sandwiches if we didn’t eat them but to not get some sort of refund or credit and to be honest what would of they even done with the sandwiches if we did give them back? But to pay $12 each sandwich which only included the roll with eggs and then I paid $5 extra to add an hash brown is absurd to not get it done correctly. You can even see on the sheet that they attached to the order doesn’t even say bacon or cheese a

Prompt service, yes it was 10:45am so no wait. Staff was friendly. My egg sandwich was good and so was the coffee. I decided to sit and enjoy my breakfast instead of driving and eating.

Nice place, very clean and large seating area. Great selection of cream cheese flavors. Unfortunately I think the person taking my order misunderstood me and gave me the wrong bagel flavor, but that’s okay it was still very tasty.

I went there on a fine Saturday morning, waiting for my plain bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. Then they proceeded to forget about my bagel that I ordered and made it last minute. Workers also had a stank attitude face, if you don’t like the job then don’t work there. Never ordering from there again. My drink was also expired!!!

Ordered delivery from here & got 1/3 of my order & what I did get was stone cold. Advertised as 3 sausage patties & received a single thin one, ordered 6 bagels & only got 2.
