Bagels Road

We are 2 professional chefs that moved to Bensonhurst Brooklyn. It’s Friday our day off. We ordered from this place. Very poor quality. We opened our food and it’s clear that the kitchen team does not work efficiently. My “Italian” sandwich was the nastiest I’ve had. Parts of the salami were gray! Good salami should be bright red. Also ordered an American breakfast and it was terrible. Not seasoned and all the food cut sizes were the lowest quality work. We threw the food away and ordered from “Stillwell’s Deli & Grocery”. Terrible service, terrible food and terrible people who answer the phone. I order food with 2 hot coffees a couple of times and their coffee cups easily tear from the bottom. They try to blame the driver instead when clearly its the cups. The cups are clearly poor quality and they choose not to listen to recommendations. I will never order from here again. See photos of both cups torn because of quality or how hot the coffee is.

So I order a bagel with the cream cheese lox. However, he gave me a bagel with cream cheese and lox pieces on top which is not what I ordered. At the register he tells me its $10, I asked him how come its so much. He told me he doesn’t know….. I was in a rush so I payed and left. When I took a few bites of the bagel it tasted really bad. The fish was expired. I looked inside and the fish was brown and expired. It smelled really bad and when I took a few first bites in a few minutes my stomach started to hurt. Honestly I hope I don’t get sick….this is really gross. Unprofessional and unsanitary.

Worst bagel I had they should demolish the store. Cinnamon raisin bagel tastes like wet cardboard or something. Threw the whole bagel away and went to bagel boy up the block. Waste of money at bagels rd smfh.

I’m not sure what everyone is complaining about but so far I’m having good breakfast and coffee almost everyday here.
