Baked on Maine

For being a brand new restaurant you have to expect some kinks. Just be kind and show some grace! BOM has the potential to be GREAT! Our food was delicious, hot and we will definitely be back. HUGE fluffy pancakes! Brunch burger (sans bun) was seasoned and cooked perfectly , let’s not forget that egg. Well done.

This place is truly a blessing for Brunswick. The service is sincerely friendly and the breakfast & lunch sandwiches are outstanding. Our favorite baked goods are the pecan rolls & the cinnamon rolls. 😋

They messed up my order but The portions are MASSIVE. Id definitely give them another shot it looks they have some great offerings.

It was $50 for the breakfast burger, beef on weck, a side of fries, a soda and orange juice. The food was okay but definitely overpriced. My beef on weck was really soggy on the bottom when they brought it over to me which was gross. My daughter didn’t like her brunch burger but I tried a bite and it was good! But I did ask for the egg to be over hard and it was over medium. They were moderately busy and trying to keep up- they had run out of several things by the time we had arrived and asked us to come back to the counter in 10 minutes to order to allow the kitchen time to catch up to orders but still took the orders of 3 other groups that came in after me… but my food came really quick so it was fine. The staff looked miserable though and one of the older workers kept staring at me whic

This needs to be on everyone’s list when visiting Maine! The food is amazing! It’s made fresh and you can taste it! And it’s made in a timely manner! The help is nice and excited to help! And the owner I got the chance to talk with is just excited to have customers come in and enjoy the food! And I have enjoyed the food every time I’ve been!
