Baker’s Dozen Donuts

This is my second time writing this review. - My husband and I ended up at this location by chance (Nov. last year), but we didn’t mind because their donuts are quite good. We love other locations donuts anyway. The two staff members working were young but very friendly. However, it took them quite a while to prepare our breakfast sandwiches, and unfortunately, they were served cold. We waited a little too long for cold sandwiches, to be honest. And I’ve personally never had a cold breakfast sandwich from a donut shop before. The croissant itself was good, but the ham, cheese, and bacon felt low-quality and disappointing. I still enjoy their donuts but haven’t tried their breakfast sandwiches again since then for both locations.

Baker's Dozen Donuts opened a second location in Folsom. Adding to the donut Folsom food scene. More donut options! This location is on East Bidwell and Broadstone Parkway near the Land Ocean restaurant. The shop is for take away orders, there is no indoor seating. The donut pricing is comparable to all other donut shops. Gotta say... donuts these days aren't cheap. Long ago are the days of a donut priced under a buck. I dropped in on a Sunday. My glazed donut was yummers, light and airy. My cake donuts were superb. Cakey without the dense heaviness. They were gorgeous looking. But some of the raised donuts looked a bit wonky. The glaze had air bubbles and uneven layer and rough edges on several of them. So not sure if it was an off day for the baker. Proofing dough is tricky business.

Not lots of specialty donuts like some other trendy spots but all the classics and some other fun flavors as well. We got a dozen and enjoyed them. Friendly service also

I've been here a few times now and I purely had to come on here and give a review because I was AMAZED at how immaculate the shop was. It was so refreshing to walk into a traditional donut shop that actually felt clean. Not to mention the lady who I would assume is the owner had a big smile on her face and was so kind! Will for sure be bringing my business here from now on.

Always come here for a donut, absolutely amazing service. Met the owner's a couple of times and always walked out with a smile on my face. Great selection and tasty donuts as always, would recommend! Also INSANELY affordable compared to crumbl, crumbl so buns and overprices. Donut's aren't too sweet which is perfect, but hit's the sweet spot nontheless.
