Baker's Drive-Thru

I don't know what happened to Baker's. But the amount of food and quality is not what it used to be. Inflation went up and the amount of portions went way down. 😳 Along with the quality. These are pictures of 6 of my 8 tacos! Now on top of that you have to use a Kiosk instead of ordering from a person in store. You have to use the drive thru to talk to a person! I'm going back for my refund!

Very deserted, almost every restaurant has no customers I decided to stop at bakers after visiting the mall,very stingy portions, I was very polite about placing my order, please and thank you, plenty of lettuce, no cheese, no meat, I was given stale cold biscuits with sugar on them, I’ve personally been having a lot of bad experiences with eating out more lately, I used to rush the counter and jam up whoever served me the nonsense, but I’m changed now, but the thought of action still stands, y’all be careful where you choose to eat or do business,it’s always your choice they owe it to you to at least give you good food, they don’t necessarily owe you a good experience. I experienced this with multiple employees 4:00pm

We had a large order for 6 people, the cashier made sure he got everything right and then double checked when we got to the window. Everything was correct, hot and quick! Couldn't ask for a better experience considering it was a drive thru!

Terrible customer service at drive thru. Friday night, empty and aside from the fact that asking for condiments bothers the girl she was also rude. Terrible customer service

Thought I would try a different combination fast food restaurant a mix of American and Mexican food. It took awhile for the food. It was worth the wait. They make homemade milkshakes that priced reasonably. 👍🏼👍🏼
