Baker's Drive-Thru

We order a family combo, 3 drinks to dine in. I am given a bag to go. No regular sugar for the coffee and wasn’t told until after I was served. Taco had a hair, when I go to tell them. I get an attitude from the manager. I request a refund and she tells me that she can’t give me a refund because the rest of the food is good. I am like, I don’t feel comfortable eating if there was a hair on my food. The manager tells me she won’t refund me until she sees me throw away the rest of the food. I am like ok. She keeps going on why she doesn’t understand why I want a refund if the rest of the food was good. She keeps giving me an attitude so I told her, I am a customer you need to give me a refund if I request one due to a hair on my food. She refused to give me a name. She gave me a refund but

Walked in received horrible service, and bad attitudes, and I was declined access to the restroom. Horrible atmosphere to eat in comfortably without unecessary drama. The bathrooms once opened wasn't cleaning before opening, and there was still dirt on the floor around the caution sign. Customer service is free! Educate the staff.

Ok as a mom I'm like no....but when my son has been at school and work after 6pm I'm like hell yea...they have the tastiest burritos and milkshakes I LOVE BAKERS

Burnt fries ( guess they haven't cleaned there cooking oil) food got smaller but MORE EXPENSIVE. Dirty tables, self order kiosk what happened to customer service? Before you were greeted and your food was brought to your table. Your food gets bagged no more food trays if you dine inside . Last time ill come to bakers.
