Baker's Drive-Thru

I used to truly love Bakers. But the food quality has really diminished during the last few years. I hardly ever stop in anymore. And if I do the food and prices remind me why I stopped. Tried a Double Baker today. The grade of meat is very poor. The lettuce had brown edges. And the tomato wasn't close to being ripe. It's amazing that somebody would actually serve this to a customer...

First time and sure the last. Ordered a Double burger. Disappointed with the patty sizes in the burger as is as thin as a slice of cheese. The way they prepare the fries is very strange; looks like they’re leftovers. (You can see it from the counter) Now I understand why is always empty. prices are a bit lower than other fast food restaurants but personally I do not recommend it at all. Also ordered a Pumpkin shake. 🤕 which was horrible!!! It wasn’t my day. Staff is nice and polite but too slow.

Made an order through the drive through, they asked me to repeat my order numerous times, said they would give me my total at the window.., forgot a meal… told them, the girl in the window said “I didn’t get that one” and I said “well you asked me to repeat that order and I did” said “well didn’t ring you up for it, so we will ring you up for one” had to wait 15 minutes each order… this is highly mismanaged. As an Area Manager and former GM I think you need to seriously look into this. Bad first impression

We decided to go to Baker's Drive-Thru for a Budget Meal$ and it's definitely worth the money because it's delicious! I can't complain about the food. The 6.99 Budget meal (cheese quesadilla, taco, fries and drink) is great!!

There was a long hair in my chili fries. Really turned my stomach. Other bakers restaurants are usually great quality. Not this one. Very soggy food and that hair made me sick
