Finally! A real bakery in Tacoma! Delicious!
We’ve been excited about the Baloon Roof brick and mortar for a while now following the farmers markets - and it’s here! And does not disappoint. A very welcome addition to Tacoma. Beautiful space, and of course, exceptional baked goods.
Excited about this place and the location. The staff was really friendly! Got a fresh hot loaf of bread for a reasonable price in my opinion compared to a lot of other local loaves. The chocolate croissant was also absolutely delicious. 🤤🤤🤤 this might become a staple
