Today Novemebr 22, 2024 is our yard waste collection day. The recycling was picked up as scheduled. The time is now 9:12 pm and my yard bags have not been picked up. I called customer care this morning and this evening. One rep said they have until 6pm another said they have until 8pm. It is after 8pm and my yard waste bags are still there. They are paper and are getting rained on. So what am I supposed to do put the back under my deck for two more weeks or waste six trash bags so you'll take them with trash collection???

Trash left behind on street and grass, stop trying to carry bags to truck , instead carry the cans closer. Neighborhood has rat issue and this one reason why.

I called around 4pm to get my main line looked at that goes out under the street. The person told me that I had four jobs in front of me but that they would be there. At 830pm the dogs started barking and they were here. They two gentleman had great attitudes and ran that snake out about 30 feet under the street and cleaned everything out. 30-45 minutes later and they were off...Hi Oh Silver! Great experience with you all.

I called and after 10 minutes of phone prompts it was 4:15 pm. I finally reached the dept and they said they work from 8a to 4:30 and to call back during normal business hours!!! :) What a joke. Tax payer money being put to good use! thanks so much.

I have been without water for 7 days now. The water pressure is so low we can only sit a bucket under the bathtub to get enough water in the bucket to flush the toilet. Everyone on block (Ingleside&Stella) have been calling for a week straight. Sunday night someone from the county comes out to address the situation. She says there is nothing she can do and tells us someone will send water. Wednesday morning men finally come out to address the situation. They start construction around 9oclock am untill 9pm. They turned the water on for 5 minutes then turned it back off. We now have no water at all now even enough to flush the toliet.
