Baltimore Crab Co

I purchased bag of frozen pollock fillets. Absolute garbage. They use too much water in the IQF process. When I defrosted the fish for preparation, the fillets had a mushy texture. I still tried to broil them, which resulted in mini volcano eruptions of water coming out of the fish. The fish quickly shriveled and remained mushy inside. These guys are bringing junk fish from China and slapping a pretty Baltimore Company label on the terrible product. There is no customer service link on their website. I left a message at their corporate phone number and I am awaiting a call back, which I doubt. Do not buy this particular product, it is junk and this company should be ashamed to put forth such low quality product.

Very deceiving company, it says Baltimore Crab Company and says "Blue Crab" as the ingredients, but it tastes nothing like blue crab. And a ridiculous amount of shells in the crab meat. I'm usually someone who can overlook shells and rarely even feel them, so you know if I'm complaining about the amount of shell then it's a LOT. I was going to take this back too as I only used less than 1/4 of a pound, but my husband accidentally knocked it on the ground. Even my cat didn't want to eat it. Will never buy it again from them!

The food truck was at Jazzy Summer Nights last evening. We purchased a shrimp salad sandwich and wing and fries! The shrimp salad sandwich was a waste; no seasoning, the shrimp were small and wet! How can you mess up wings.. Never again.

My wife bought a pack of crab meat from Sams Club so we could cook it and make linguine. Cooking the meat and seasoning it up smelled divine. But after sitting down to enjoy the meal we were taken aback by the amount of shell in the crab meat. It really ruined the meal because everyone had to pause and g try fish out a piece of shell.

Deceiving product labeling. I should have read the can more closely. It's huge letters say BALTIMORE CRAB COMPANY. The tiny letters read, product of Indonesia. How is this even allowed.
