Banh Mi Number 1

Came in around 1pm on a Sunday, it wasn’t busy. They were just putting out fresh banh bot loc. I got 2 banh mi đặc biệt, 2 bánh tiêu and 1 chè thái. $23 The banh tieu is so much better than the HK bakery down the street. And it’s huge, $2 each The Che Thai has lychee and jackfruit, and a bunch of jellies $7 The banh mi bread isn’t like the baguette you’d normally get. Overall decent. My only complaint is the pickled veggies are cut rather large. $5.50 each

90/10, if you want Vietnamese fare and are somewhat familiar with specialties in that context, you will find satisfaction with one of the various sandwiches and or extra offerings here. Don't forget to ask for the fresh squeezed sugar cane juice. It's a wonderful experience, including watching them wring the juice from the canes. If you are a reasonable person and understand you have to be creative in your attempts to communicate what is offered and what you want, you will enjoy the staff. Experienced travelers expect communication to be part of the adventuring. Usually, there is someone in the back who speaks English well. Avail yourself and be patient. The rewards come after the effort.

We had a wonderful experience here! Cashier was nice! The food and the drinks were great! My only wish is that they had more gluten-free or friendly options. The salad I had was served with small pads of rice paper that made it difficult to eat. I was really hoping they had some gluten-free bread so that I could enjoy a Banh Mi sandwich.

Best banh mi I’ve ever had and I love banh mi’s! The bread is so fluffy and smells so good! The meat and veggies are so fresh too! Buy 5 and get 1 free deal was so worth it! They are only about $5 each too!

Ordered deserts (chè) to go on 7/22/2025 Buy 5 get 1 free and split 2 each between 3 of us. Bánh lọt was not done properly. Raw inside, the black beans was not throughly cleaned. 2 peices of pepples/rocks a little bigger than the size of the black beans was in mine. Chipped my teeth and have to go to the dentist for smoothing/filed and was on pain med. Threw the second one in the trash! This was my first visit to this location after meeting my friend and sister for lunch. I am much closer to Garland and the location there is wayyyy better in terms of service, friendliness, quality, etc. First and last visit. If - 0 star was available, that would be my rating.
