Bar Bagel

I rush home from work and usually miss their hours of operation. Today was the day I tried my luck again. I thought i missed this latest attempt. They saw me in the window and opened up. The two people that helped me welcomed me in with open arms and amazing generosity! Did i mention they were so amazingly friendly???!!???? Fresh chive spread! Bagels were amazing! I will definitely be back again.

My new Favorite Bagel shop! Stopped in to grab some bagels on Saturday. The place was beautiful inside. Very inviting had a nice esthetic and friendly staff. The selection of bagel sandwiches was great. Very hard to choose just one, great varieties. Grabbed some bagels and custom cream Cheese for home. Highly recommend to anyone to stop in. We’re from New York and have been looking for a good bagel spot… this is it. Their bagels are perfectly toasted while being soft. Bacon is crisped to perfection and they don’t skimp on anything. I order my egg over easy and they cooked it to the perfect runny consistency. Blueberry bagel was flavorful and they use a strawberry jam with little strawberries in it. People are super nice as well. Sat outside on the little tables which was nice! Also very reasonable prices. Highlyyyy recommend this place!

THEY HAVE SALT BAGELS (as of Nov 2025)! Excellent bagels. Large, puffy on the inside with a nice bite to them. I happened upon this place a few weeks ago and have been every weekend since. Its a small store and seemingly popular. Like any popular place, you're going to wait for a bit. Don't let this deter you. They move things along pretty quickly. This past Sunday the line wrapped back to the door when I got there and I was at the front in about ten minutes. Happy to have found a new bagel place!

I think I’ve tried every bagel place in a 5mile radius of black rock turnpike and this is by far the best one. Bagels are soft and delicious, even after toasting, and the toppings are on point too (especially the garlic bagels). Good price too. This place can hang with the best in NYC.
