Samuel was the bartender, ordered the Lola burger with avocado instead of bacon and the special sauce. He was professional, food was quickly delivered, plated well, and tasted great. I'm glad I walked the extra distance from shake shack to here. Only minor complain is that I was charged .75 for special sauce. I don't care about the cost it just felt petty. Still highly recommend this place and the bartender was great.

Quick, quick service, without compromising quality. My Lola Burger was deliciously prepared right to order. My grandson enjoyed his burger. They really do a wonderful job!

Whenever I go through CLE I stop at Bar Symon. He does our Greek ancestors proud! My favorite is the Applewood Bacon Stuffed Grilled Cheese with that delicious smokey flavor and fantastic bacon-habanero jam! I recommend dipping every third bite in a bit of Bertman's spicy brown ballpark mustard! What a variety of flavor! The Lola fries are always perfectly cooked -- most places overcook them. And I love to wash it down with an ice cold Downeast Original Blend Hard Cider. Nice!

Unfortunately my flight was delayed and I stopped here. The food was great. I got the lemon blueberry pancakes. The bartender Amy was very friendly knowledgeable and made a great drink. When I fly to Cleveland again I will definitely be coming back. Thanks team Michael Symon for the great food and drinks!

I always make a point to stop in here for a bite to eat when I can, preferably for breakfast. It’s convenient, and far quieter than the food court near security. Every time I come in, this app is very friendly and accommodating. The chefs are pro when it comes to quality food in short order. My eggs are always perfect, the bacon is always crispy, and the latkes are amazing. You read that right. They offer miniature latkes as potatoes with your breakfast. They are really hard to beat. Give them a try!
