Customer Reviews
Was flying from Pennsylvania and there were few restaurants around . Flight was late and we decided to have a quick snack and drink. It wasn’t that crowded but service was very lean . Wish they had more bartenders and helpers around . Service could be 100% better ! Food was ok. We had some snack and it tasted good .. it was expensive though. A simple snack is about 16-20$. Bluemoon was good. They had some decent beers on tap. Average experience .. 3 stars ..
I was not expecting anything when we came here before a flight, but was very pleasantly surprised. Everything we had was delicious! The cheese steak was quite good -- well-seasoned and toothsome. The pastrami was thick and flavorful. The beer battered cod was flavorful, crispy, and tender. The rosemary fries had intense rosemary flavor. Everything was cooked well and seasoned well. I'd come back!
I'd eat here again if I had time. This is definitely a sit down restaurant. The atmosphere is a 4 just because it's all open to the airport, not because they did anything wrong. Service was great. I just had the perogi appetizer. Three large perogies that were cooked well and tasty. The kielbasa was sliced and crisped up ... a little on the burned side. My server noticed it first and offered to replace it immediately, but it was edible and I opted to satisfy my hunger over my taste buds due to time. I don't think that would make it a 5 for food, but i would have to order a more substantial meal to really give them a chance to earn it.
Absolute disgrace and travelers have no real choices for a decent dinner in terminal D at PHL. Ordered a side salad with my burger, lettuce was brown, and also wrong dressing, sent back. Burgers are low quality frozen meat. Parmesan on fries is freeze dried, smh. Elevated bar food this is not, best to just wait til you get to your destination to eat - your stomach and wallet will thank you. Shame on you Michael Symon, don't you dare be a judge on another food network show if this is the crap being served in your name. This is NOT my first visit here either, and it consistently gets worse every year.
I would starve before I go here again. I had a quick layover in PHL and stopped here to get breakfast. I was seated by the host and told a waitress would be with me. I waited about 8 mins before anyone came and started using the QR code to order when the waitress ( Bancheamlak according to the receipt) ran over telling me not to use the website. Okay fine. I gave her my order and waited patiently for quite sometime ( I had only ordered a breakfast sandwich and a mimosa). Finally, she comes back drops the plate in front of me and walks off without saying a word. She never came back to check if I needed anything or if the food was okay. I picked at the subpar food and then put the plate to the side to signal I was finished. After waiting another 20 minutes and my flight being about to board
