This place is another reason why I love Texas. These small beautiful towns are packed with some of the best lil hidden gems tucked away from the big cities. This place hands down has my vote. Everything about their pizza, presentation, flavor, and the unique ways they came up with their pizzas. When taste buds collide! Mushroom and garlic is an absolute BANGER, Bee stinger is anther banger! Since today was the last day of May, I ordered the Al pastor pizza also banger! Garlic bread is something out of this world as well as the home made marinara. The dough was made very well, traditional , not from some cookie cutter box . Authentic taste, fluffy, consistent all the way around. My taste buds have never been so stimulated before. I’ve had a lot of pizza and this is easily now on my top 20

I’m not from Hico, but I will drive 70 miles just so I can have the Bee Sting pizza! The mozzarella sticks are delicious too - especially with their ranch dip! Side note: Downtown Hico is very cute and fun to explore!

Excellent establishment in the heart of Hico Texas. Very friendly & welcoming staff. Pizza had a great Smokey flavor with nice leopard spotting, marina sauce was savory not too sweet. Cheese sticks could have done without the Parmesan on them but otherwise all was superb. P.S. for all the RANCH heads, this stuff was the real deal.

Had the Italian sandwich and it was superb. The bread was soft and sort of a pizza dough and it totally works. It’s definitely above and beyond what we have in the city. All the ingredients are fresh and cut up daily. Spoke to John Daniel and he said they don’t even have a freezer. That’s how fresh it is and you can taste the difference. The pizza looks awesome.

I love the location, the staff and the deco. I wanted sooo badly to love the pizza😥. I love a true pizza oven pizza but I prefer the pizza be on a pizza cookie sheet so that I don’t taste the burnt stone on my pizza. The pepperoni was too salty for my taste. The wings though were legit the best ever! Cooked fully, a nice crunch, and the flavor was spot on!
