Customer Reviews
Great place to get out of the chilly breezy day. Busy but well organized. They kept an eye on the door and tried to direct people into the line for smooth service. Everyone behind the counter was good natured and worked well together. A great “coffeehouse” atmosphere. We sat on the side and were able to enjoy the space inside while admiring the Portland streetscape. Oh! The coffee was great too! Smooth. Great taste. Well worth the stop!
I am a huge cold brew fan and Bard Coffee has one of the best cold brews I’ve ever had. I asked my barista for a flavored syrup and they suggested Carmel which was AMAZING. Just the right amount of sweet without diluting the coffee with milk/cream. I also had one of the chocolate croissants which was also sooo good. The atmosphere was perfect and just what I was looking for.
This place makes the most perfect mocha - in appearance and taste. Just sweet enough without being overpowering with 10/10 presentation. I came here every day of my trip because I didn’t want to be disappointed at another shop!
Cute cafe, their latte was smooth and perfectly balanced.. the vibe inside is pretty welcoming and bright.. good spot to work or just relax.. tried their Danish too which was not sweet but flavorful with cottage cheese and asparagus. One of the best coffee shops I have tried In Portland (;
As soon as you walk into Bard coffee, you would know that you’re gonna have amazing coffee from the smell of their coffee beans. I had the maple latte. It was good but a bit sweet, so if you don’t like sugar it’s better to stick with the regular latte. I had a sip from my friend’s caramel latte and it was so good, less sweet than the maple one.
