Wow… what an experience. At first, everything seems promising. You’re greeted with a smile, and they happily take your order with plenty of enthusiasm. It gives you the impression you’re about to have a great meal. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends. You grab your drinks, take a quick look at the receipt, and the disappointment begins. A 15% gratuity has been automatically added at a BBQ bus—with no mention, no warning, nothing. And just to be clear, this was for two grown adults ordering at a window, who drop cash in a tip jar! I’m from Kansas City and used to Kansas City BBQ. This was definitely not it but really good. Wife and I had the brisket nachos. The portions were good with good flavor. Was not real bbq brisket but more like roast but very good nonetheless. I would say picture good beachside bbq with good portions of cheese and toppings and you won’t be far off. The atmosphere was great with lots to do in the area. I will definitely be back to try more options.

Only went here because the mac n cheese looked really good, and to my surprise, it was like the mac n cheese that has shells in cheese (I forgot the name) and the seasoning on-top was perfect for the creamy mac n cheese. Also, the service was great! Very friendly staff here! Oh and also, I have to give props to the sandal number wait thing, it is very unique! Unfortunately, I will not be coming back due to the high prices.

Amazing place, amazing food and owner was great to meet and chat with. And he was even from Nebraska. If you are in the area don’t forget to stop in for food and a Bushwacker. We will definitely be back.
