Barracuda Coffee Company in Richland is one of the best coffee spots in the Tri-Cities. The coffee is consistently smooth, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming — exactly what you want when grabbing your morning coffee. If you’re looking for great coffee and great people in Richland, this is the place.

Used to love this place as barracuda, but probably won’t be back. There’s less shots of espresso in the drinks for the same price, and the overall quality has gone down. We got a scone and a pop tart, and both were disappointing. The scone was dry and cold, despite the staff warming it up. The pop tart was greasy and falling apart. However, my strawberry matcha was good, hence to two stars.

Barracuda Coffee is hands down my favorite drive-thru spot. The staff is always friendly, the drinks are consistent, and the energy is just good. The Double Red Bull is perfectly balanced every time, and they even make the cutest kid drinks. Super clean, cozy vibe with fast service — you can tell they care about what they do. I also love their food but I would just warn about how dry their croissants are.

I have been coming to Barracudas since I was 7 years old and I will continue coming as long as they are open! The best customer service you will receive in town. Amazing coffee blends.

The coffee was good, my wife got a breakfast tea instead of green tea. My flat white tasted more milky rather than like espresso. The place was very clean and well organized. Kind staff. 4.5 stars otherwise!
