Barrera's Tex-Mex

I came into this restaurant last Saturday it was very busy but I didn’t have to wait long. Service was quick and sweet. My food came out quickly was hot fresh and tasted great! I’ll definitely be back and recommend if you are in the area. 🩷✌️

Don't hesitate, just go here. I ordered the tacos to-go and they were generously stuffed and seasoned perfectly. But I have to give a special shout-out to their salsa. It's fresh, vibrant, and has the kind of flavor that makes you want to put it on everything. I'm already planning my next trip back and I'll be asking if I can buy a jar of that amazing salsa to take home. Excellent food! ​It was noon on a Friday and they were pretty busy the staff that met me was exceptionally polite and very customer centered. Thank you for the amazing experience!

We love Barrera's restaurant. The food is fresh and normally served quickly. The atmosphere is family seating, tables and booths. Our only glitch is when it is full, it can be quite loud. Most days there us no wait, or only a short wait while they clear a table. Busy days are Friday nights and Saturdays. These busy days can lead up to a 30 minute to hour wait. This just reinforces how good the food is if all the locals want to eat here. Barrera's also offers call in to be picked up orders. This seems to be a popular choice as there's a steady flow of pick up orders. They have a bar in center for full drink choices, simple stool seating at the bar. Exceptional service from the moment we appeared at the door to our exit. The server made excellent recommendations, kept our drinks topped off, and complimented our party with each interaction.

Food is good, however when ordering to go it should come with chips and salsa like when dining in . Delivery is expensive and my order was clearly wrong. Gives you options and I chose charro beans, got refried!!! Tacos aren’t near as good with no salsa
