Barrio Burrito Bar

First off, everything about this restaurant is not bad. The food is great and the employees are nice mostly. I was not going to write a review because they handled the first issue nicely but..... On 4/8/25, I ordered a large Bang Bang Shrimp. Food (taste) was great until i noticed a long piece of black hair. From my memory I was greeted that day by a women with a long black ponytail and no hairnet. I called and reported the matter to the manager (brown skin believed to be Indian guy). I was told to come back and they will refund my order. He took care of the issue with grace and humility and refunded everything (not the issue). On 5/5/25, I brought my wife and children to the restaurant that takes care of their customers. Usually we'd go to Qdoba but they handled me with care last time w

Pretty good place, better than Chipotle. Think I may have had a newer employee and she was very pleasant and good. The pricing is okay and the portions are good. I would come back. 3/21/25 The name has changed and quality has gone a little bit downhill. My burrito was an absolute mess. They ended up having to double wrap it because they didn't drain the beans or the meat before they put it on the burrito. The woman serving do not seem to understand a ton of English and unfortunately I don't speak any Spanish. Not as thrilled, less likely to return.

So I’m not really a review leaver; but I had to stop pass, Burrito Bar you never disappoint. I could get the jerk chicken or the crispy and it’s always good. For that past Three months whenever I want some fresh, good food I come str8 to the Burrito Bar. The service, atmosphere is nice and I love the Grapefruit Jarritos, if your old skool it reminds me of the 90’s soda Surge. Oh and the Guacamole is good. Long story short; I love this place. The food is amazing, and the customer service is BOMB!! If I had to spend my money anywhere in Dover it would be here!

I enjoyed the location of this spot it has great parking. The setup is perfect to make your selections to eat. I went on a day where the burritos were supposed to be on sale. We did not see that the sale price was only on 1. We ordered 4 burritos and only 1 received the sale price. This could have been made more clear , somewhere. The food is really good. I enjoyed the extreme nachos and a fish burrito. I would buy that again.

I ordered a build your own burrito with chicken. The food was unappetizing to say the least. The chicken wasn't flavorful, and I didn't bother to finish. Disappointing lunch. I give 3 stars for service, not great, not bad.
