absolutely love Bar Taco. The food is always amazing, so flavorful and fresh every single time. You can really taste the quality in everything they serve. The atmosphere is great and everyone who works there is so welcoming and kind. Martina is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is always on top of everything, so attentive, so genuine, and just incredibly sweet. Hands down the best server I have ever had. She makes the whole experience even better. I will keep coming back because of the food and because of people like her.

Took my kiddos here for a school-off lunch! Bartaco was the only restaurant in Mosaic that was buzzing but there were ztill tables and we didn't have to wait. We had the sweetest waitress. We shared the mint ice tea which was delicious and refreshing on a warm fall day! I ordered the appetizer sampler, chips and guac and we each had a couple of tacos - all absolutely delicious. I spent less than $60 (incl 20% tip) for all three of us and we lest full and happy! My kids new favorite for sure :)

Great food, service, and atmosphere. I typically work overseas, and Bar Taco has become one of my favorite places to visit with friends and family whenever I’m back in the states. Consistent quality with a balanced and diverse selection of food. I especially love their kale salads and pork belly tacos.

I had a great experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. What really made the visit stand out was our waitress, Emily. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It’s always nice when someone’s positive attitude makes the whole dining experience better 😊

Had an amazing time at bartaco! We were greeted warmly, and our server Emily was fantastic. As vegetarians, we were so happy to see plenty of options—and Emily even circled them all for us, which made ordering super easy. Everything we tried was delicious! Our favorites were the rice cauliflower Mediterranean bowl, mushroom and falafel tacos, and bean quesadillas. The margarita and mojito were also spot on! Loved the vibe, music, and overall atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back with the family!
