Basic Burger - Tysons West

lots of free parking. Has outdoor patio seating. Free bathroom, free water. No wifi but you can use free dunkin wifi. Food is ok, burger and fries are made fresh. Bathroom is clean and big, faucet is nice. Also has baby diaper change station. You order via a machine, you can also order via inkind as of review date but some items are not available on inkind.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, substituted American cheese for pepper jack and added a fried egg and blue cheese crumbles. It was pricey and greasy but had great flavor. Service was horrendous and basically nonexistent. Ordered a fountain drink with my meal and I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to give me a cup or even acknowledge me. After a while I just helped myself and took one without them noticing. Total came out to $28.

It's simple. Very basic. Fries where extremely stale when I picked it up. Chicken sandwich had good flavor but very dry. The double bacon cheese burger was hefty and tasty. No complaints on it. Shake is smooth. Drinks easily and not watery. Would I recommend? Not really. Would I return? There's other options in my opinion. Price was decent but just wasn't anything exceptional worth trying again.

Just got to dine here on their Grand Opening today. I ordered a simple cheeseburger with their own sauce so I could only taste the Moo in the burger. I got it we'll done and it had a char, and was juicy. One of the best burgers in the area. I got a side of fries which are cut thin, and I opted for their seasoned fries, because fries are always better with a little kick to them. Good seasoning, and a nice crispy fry. Now, the fun part, going back to try their many other menu items and toppings!

Basic Burger in Tysons West offers a solid dining experience. The burger was delicious and satisfying, and the drinks were fresh and refreshing. The computer screen payment system was user-friendly and made the ordering process smooth. Overall, I would definitely return. This place is comparable to Shake Shack—they are about neck and neck in quality and experience.
